Works started on Castle Wharf

The construction of a new apartment block with resident community facilities and garden squares has commenced in Nottingham City Centre. 

The project is under construction on a previously vacant site and will provide 350 rental apartments to fill a gap in the urban form whilst providing living spaces, investment, and renewal. The project completes the wider regeneration initiative around the station with much needed housing units. The building is pre-sold to the Grainger Trust.
