H2O Urban is a partnership between The Canal & River Trust and developer bloc. H2O develops adjacent to water across the UK to:
- Create new sustainable communities.
- Unlock under-utilised waterside land.
- Deliver environmental and social value alongside commercial returns
H2O Urban brings together the impact entrepreneurship and drive of a private sector company together with the social responsibility of a leading charitable sector organisation.
Land receipts and profits gift aided from H2O play an important part in helping Canal & River Trust fund the care and upkeep of the nation’s historic canals and rivers.
Our development portfolio comprises of Residential (including strategic land), Commercial, Leisure, Industrial and Mixed Use Regeneration projects.
