H2O, in partnership with Patrick Ruddy Homes, are currently on site developing 25 homes and a new facility for Canal and River Trust.

H2O Role:

H2O consulted extensively to consider a sustainable future for this historic site. Following this consultation the planning and listed building applications were submitted and consented, and work on site commenced late 2019.

The Scheme:

• With four listed buildings, this important site is being lovingly converted to provide a new residential community with a mix of converted warehouses and new build.
• A mix of size/type of units from one bedroom to four bedroom mixed houses.
• A new footbridge forms part of the wider benefit.
• The scheme is complete and occupied.
