Crescent Wharf, Salford

This long derelict site will form the next phase of redevelopment in the Crescent area of Salford with excellent access into Manchester City Centre. The site forms part of a wider development framework being promoted with the Council in partnership with the University.

Planning

• Planning has been submitted for over 200 residential units on the site with a decision due in Spring 2024.

H2O’s Role

• H20 is master planning the site for circa 205 apartments and associated new public realm.
• H20 submitted a full planning application in Q3 2023.

Site and Community Benefits:

• The development will bring forward a long under-utilised site to add to the vibrancy of the Crescent area.
• The site will deliver new jobs, homes and a significant area of new public realm.
