Crescent Wharf, Salford

This long derelict site will form the next phase of redevelopment in the Crescent area of Salford with excellent access into Manchester City Centre. The site forms part of a wider development framework being promoted with the Council in partnership with the University.

Planning

• Planning has been granted for over 200 residential units on the site.

H2O’s Role

• H20 is developer of the site that will deliver over 200 new homes and extensive associated new public realm.
• H20 have achieved planning and are now preparing the site for construction.
• H2O hope to commence works on site in 2026.
