H2O built a new 87 bedroom hotel, pre-let to Travelodge. 

H2O Role:

• H2O secured planning permission for the hotel on a former vacant site.
• H2O pre-let the hotel to Travelodge and forward sold the investment to Canal and River Trust.
• H2O built the scheme out.

Scheme Benefits:

• Improved access to the waterfront.
• Ground floor activity.
• Investment created for CRT to provide income for their role as guardian of its waterways.
