Weaver Shipyard, Northwich

This brownfield site is a former shipyard that has fallen into a state of disrepair that H2O have been promoting for residential development in Cheshire. The scheme will deliver up to 83 no. new homes to the shipyard off Saxons Lane, south of Northwich along the River Weaver. The proposed development will also provide public access down to the waterfront whilst also linking into the public paths along with the Marshall’s Arm Nature Reserve.

H2O Role:

H2O have obtained outline planning approval for up to 83 new waterside homes. H2O are now selecting a development partner to deliver the scheme.
