Scheme Status

• H2O gained planning permission for phase 1 to deliver 29 new homes (including 10 affordable) and ground floor commercial space.
• Phase 1 has completed and is now fully occupied.
• Phase 2 for circa 65 new homes including affordable is currently being progressed through planning.

• Striking architecture that takes it reference from the traditional warehouse design, but interpreted in a modern way.
• H2O worked with Canal & River Trust to undertake repairs to the listed bridge.
• The scheme has ground floor commercial uses that are designed to interact with the remainder of the Trust’s development at Bow Wharf.
• The new piazza to the south of the canal is hard landscaped to enhance access to the canal at the convergence of the canals.
