Scheme Status

• H2O gained planning approval for an exciting new canalside development in Marple, adjacent to the Macclesfield Canal and close to the junction of the Peak Forest Canal.
• Scheme includes the refurbishment and modernisation of a two storey Grade II listed stone canal warehouse and seven new townhouses.
• The scheme has now been completed.
